Master key systems, staff rekeys, panic bars, keypads and storefront locks for Wellington offices, shops, medical practices, equestrian businesses and HOAs. Owner-operated, licensed & insured, 1-year warranty, 9 AM–7 PM, 7 days a week.
Wellington’s business side runs from the Mall at Wellington Green and the offices along Forest Hill Boulevard to barns and the equestrian trade. Here is the commercial work that comes up most.
Stores and restaurants at the Mall at Wellington Green and in the plazas along Forest Hill Boulevard, State Road 7 and Wellington Trace. Storefront cylinders, back-door deadbolts and exit hardware that works every time.
Law, insurance, real estate and accounting offices around the Town Center and along Forest Hill. Office lock changes, rekeys when staff leave, and keypads so suite keys stop disappearing.
Show barns, training stables, tack shops and the businesses that serve the horse world. Barn offices, tack and feed rooms, gates and staff turnover every season.
Medical, dental and therapy offices near Wellington Regional Medical Center and along State Road 7. Keypads and coded access so staff can come and go without passing keys around.
Wellington’s many HOAs, with clubhouses, pool gates, fitness rooms and maintenance closets. Boards are quoted the same as any other customer.
Private schools, churches and community groups need the same basics: secure exterior doors, rekeys when keys go missing, and exit hardware that meets code.
One key for the owner or manager that opens every door, and limited keys for staff and vendors — designed before a single key is cut. Our master key systems page explains how it works and why the plan comes first.
Quick, far cheaper than new locks, and it ends any question about who still has access. See also rekeying in Wellington.
Installed, repaired and adjusted on storefront exits, back doors and clubhouse doors. Panic hardware is where shortcuts put people at risk, so Joe does it properly or not at all.
Mortise cylinders, deadlatches and lock bodies on storefront and office doors, replaced before daily traffic wears them out.
Ideal for offices, barn offices, tack rooms and storage where collecting keys from departing staff is the real problem. Delete a code instead of chasing a key. See keypad and smart locks.
File cabinet locks, mailbox banks, hurricane shutter locks, pool gates and storage padlocks, and unit lock changes after an eviction.
People get locked out and call a locksmith. The bigger danger is people getting locked in, usually because someone added an extra lock to a back door or a clubhouse exit.
A required exit has to open from the inside in one motion, with no key, no special knowledge and no tools. That is the whole point of panic hardware. Keyed deadbolts on the inside, slide bolts, chains or padlocks on an exit door all break that rule, and fire inspectors check for them.
There is almost always a compliant way to get the security you want: exit-only hardware, an alarmed exit device, or a keypad outside with free exit inside. If something on a back door worries you, ask — and if it is really a question for the fire marshal or your alarm company, Joe will say so.
The final say on exits belongs to your local fire and building officials, not a locksmith. Joe’s job is to install hardware that keeps you clear of trouble from day one.
No one wants a locksmith at the front door during a rush. Our hours are 9 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, and we do not work overnight, but there is nearly always a quiet window that fits.
On pricing: commercial work varies too much for a posted rate — the number of doors, hardware grade, mortise or exit hardware and the key plan all affect cost. You get a written quote first, and the invoice matches it. All installed hardware carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
We also work with businesses in Royal Palm Beach, Greenacres, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.
"We were in the middle of preparing for the upcoming Hurricane Ian and the front door lock would not open. Joe came changed out the lock professionally done, and quickly and charged us a fair price with one year guarantee on the work."
"Joe was great! Very communicative and completed work quickly. I wanted a child-proof lock on the front door which he didn’t have in stock, but received it the next day and was able to come out and complete the work."
"Joe was very professional. He always responded when I reached out, he helped me set up my app after installing my lock, and offered follow up if needed. He was very patient through it all as well."

Rekey every door that key opened: the office, barn, tack room, storage and any gates. It is quick, much cheaper than new hardware, and it settles the question. Joe can usually do it the same day and hand out new keys to current staff.
Yes. A master key system lets the owner or manager open every door with one key while staff, vendors and riders only open what they need. It has to be planned before any key is cut, because redoing a bad plan is much more work. Our master key systems page explains the layout.
Yes. Joe installs, repairs and adjusts panic bars on storefronts, back doors and clubhouse exits. It is where mistakes matter most, since a required exit must always open from the inside in one motion, with no key.
Yes, within our hours of 9 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week; there are no overnight calls. For shops and offices that usually means early in the day or on a weekend.
Almost always. Storefront and office doors take standard mortise cylinders and lock bodies, and replacing them is routine. Joe confirms the model from a photo first and brings the right parts.
Yes. Clubhouses, pool gates, fitness rooms, maintenance closets and mail areas, plus master keying so the board, management and staff each hold the right access. HOAs are quoted like any other customer.
Yes, for the right doors. A keypad means no keys to collect when staff or seasonal help leave — you just delete the code. It suits offices, barn offices and tack rooms, though not every door, and Joe will tell you which.
