Booking Questions

Can I book a same-day appointment?

Often, yes. Same-day slots come up regularly inside the 9 AM to 7 PM window, seven days a week. If the booking form is not showing a time that suits you, call or text instead and Joe will tell you honestly what is realistic for that day rather than putting you into a slot he cannot make.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

Call or text the same number you booked with. Joe runs the schedule himself, so changing it is a quick conversation rather than a ticket sitting in a queue. More notice always helps, but a genuine emergency on your end is understood.

Which areas can I book an appointment for?

Palm Beach and Broward County, running from Jupiter in the north down to Fort Lauderdale, with Boca Raton as the home base. If you are not certain your address falls inside that, call and ask rather than guessing. The answer is usually yes, and if it is not you will be told straight away.

What Happens After You Book

1. I confirm with you

You get a confirmation, and if anything about the time needs adjusting I call you myself. No dispatcher in the middle.

2. You get a quote first

I look at the job and give you an exact price before any work starts. The number I quote is the number you pay.

3. The work is warrantied

Every job carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty. If something is not right afterwards, call me and I come back.

What to Have Ready

Nothing complicated, but these few things make the visit faster:

A photo of the lock if you can — text it to me and I will usually know the part before I arrive.
Gate or building access details if you are in a guard-gated community, so getting in is not the slow part.
Proof you belong at the address for a lockout — a licence or a piece of mail is fine. I ask everyone, and you would want me to.
How many doors you need done, so the quote covers the whole job rather than just the first lock.

Booking online is there because some people prefer it, but plenty of jobs are quicker to sort out in a two-minute phone call — especially lockouts, where you need someone now rather than at a scheduled time.
